Working with Kim has been a dream - she has taken so many things off of my plate so I can focus on other aspects of my business that I am more passionate about. She has clear communication skills, is talented at her craft, and is efficient with her time. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kim and I found the process of handing off a site to be developed delightful. It made my projects so much easier and smoother, knowing that I had someone that I could trust, who knew what they were doing, who was self-managed, completed everything on time, on schedule, who asked questions when they needed support or clarity, and who was proactive. The impact that her work had on my business was that she freed up my time and space to be able to grow the business, to be able to market, do consultations and make sales and be a solutions architect for my clients. Before working with Kim, I was unable to do as much as I wanted because I was spending too much time on development. It was something that I knew I could hand off to someone skilled and trusted to complete things to the level and standard that standard that I would have done myself.

I reached out to Kim when my company had an overflow of web design and development work coming in. Rather than turning the incoming clients away, I was able to give Kim a design of what I needed for a particular client site, and she was able to pull it together for me. This took half the project off my plate so that I could take on this client and continue to onboard more clients. Even though I gave Kim an initial design for the full site, I left some decisions up to her in the development phase and Kim was able to fill in with solutions that made sense with the design already in place. I also asked Kim to develop a button that had a customized wave hover effect to make the design stand out even more. The client loved this little extra piece to her site and was super pleased with the entire design and development experience. I can't wait to collaborate with Kim on another project.
